Meet your herbalist
Hi! My name is Clare Hatlo (she/her) and I am a queer clinical herbalist, art maker and creative producer located on the traditional land of the Duwamish people in the Pacific Northwest of the United States.
My clinical approach is rooted in Western Energetics and balancing my client’s constitution through herbs, lifestyle, and diet recommendations. I currently work with folks who are curious about how plants can support their healing journey and are ready to invest attention and effort in working on their own health goals. I’m particularly interested in working with people who are struggling with gastro-intestinal issues, mental focus, adrenal fatigue, and immune support through the seasons.
I strive to hold space for all healing journeys with love, deep compassion, and inclusiveness and welcome people who are new to working with herbs, neurodivergent, and/or working with a limited budget.
You belong here.
Why plant medicine?
Working with plants is an invitation to be in closer relationship with the land you are living on and the world around us. For me, working with herbs is a gentle nudge to slow down, to be present and find joy!
I believe that everyone has a right to health, a right to be whole. Working with plants creates invitations for us to listen in wider ways and tune our attention to the messages and wisdom of our bodies. They help our bodies remember how to heal, how to find the power within ourselves—and I would love to support you on that journey!
