I am here to support you on your health journey. We will work together to find the plant allies that help you in reaching your health goals. Together we will balance your constitution - the unique way your body exists and responds to the world - and address any acute or chronic health issues you have.

SEASONAL SUPPORT

As the seasons shift, so do our health needs. Why wait until you are sick to take care of yourself?

In these 45 minute sessions we will talk about any acute health concerns you might have and discuss strategies to support your immune system during seasonal shifts. This can include incorporating herbal teas or tinctures, eating with the seasons, or building new lifestyle routines.

Seasonal support sessions are offered as packages and are designed to be used throughout the year, as the seasons change.

If you would like support with chronic or more complicated health concerns, a long consultation is needed. These can also be packaged with follow up sessions.

HERBAL CONSULTATIONS

Initial Consult

  • During your first session we will talk about your health goals, any concerns that you would like support with and go a little deeper into health history, daily routines and diet.

    Prior to your session, you will fill out an intake form that you will receive via email. Please fill this out and return to me at least 48 hours prior to our first appt.

    Sliding Scale $75-$150

3 month package

  • Most health goals take time to reach.
    During each 30-45 minute follow up session, we will check in on how you are doing working towards your health goals, adapting the herbs you are working with as needed.

    Sliding Scale $200-$360

6 month package

  • This package is great for folks working with chronic health concerns or have reproductive health goals.

Group Sessions

Group Sessions

Sometimes working
one-on-one isn’t the support you need.

Facilitated small group sessions are for folks who have similar health goals or concerns and would like to have community support and accountability on their health journey.

Group sessions begin with a 4-6 week intensive during which participants are guided through choosing herbs to support their goals. There are monthly drop in sessions available for folks who desire accountability and community as they continue to work on their health goals.
